Well, this is told in third person omniscient, with Key as the central character, so we know more of his emotions than anybody else's. That's not to say Jonghyun loves him any less though. And as implicitly stated in the fic, everything Key had to go through, the Fates arranged so they could have the best Gatekeeper (know that saying: What doesn't kill you makes you stronger?). I actually think Jonghyun suffered the same, if not more, amount of pain with his situation. Only remembering every single memory every time he dies, and how much he thinks Key would be suffering in the process (and that he thinks himself the cause), the pain would grow the same as each lifetime builds more memories.

I've actually written down some of what happens after this, but I'm satisfied with this ending. We'll see. :)
