Jonghyun not having his Angel memories when he and Key meet is an integral part of the story. It's part of the punishment; if it wasn't, it wouldn't be much of a punishment, would it? I'd even venture to say that there wouldn't even be a story since they'd still be perfectly happy--if Jonghyun was thrown out of World's End with his memories intact, it'll just be like Jonghyun's on permanent vacation. No change, no maturing, no drama, no story.

i remembered the previous part when it was Jjong who promised to catch Key
Haha, good, that was the point.

Er, I don't have an alternate ending. This is the way I wanted to end it, and there are no other ones. I think you misunderstood the comments. xD
The first draft of this part did not have the scene with the Fates (the one that happens right before the last paragraph of this fic), and I didn't like it that much, so I added the Fates scene. If you want an "alternate ending", then simply skip out the last scene with the Fates, the one that hints that they may not take Jonghyun back to World's End, but they can do something else about Jonghyun for Key's reward. So if you take that part of, that just makes it a thousand times sadder, doesn't it? :P

Thanks for reading and commenting! ♥
