i thought that when Jjong dies, he'll be brought to one of the gates and after sometime he'll be sent to a new being again...so you mean, when a 'human' dies his/her soul won't be 'reborn' like Jonghyun's?and/or other Angels'?

got your point there...one mistake can really affect the whole system...it was like the Government will rewrite everything that they had planned 'coz of Jjong not picking up the souls that he had to...but thinking the other way around..why would the Government even give them free will if that can also mean imperfection?imperfection that leads to wants and needs that they can't have...which cause them to make mistakes...mistakes that has no room in their jobs, in their lives...
