notes Inspired by this picture. this is going to be short, around 1,200 words, I said. four parts, with things happening without me actively showing how it got from point A to point B. Those are the two things I told myself before I sat down and wrote this. One guess on what actually happened. :| I enjoyed writing this though (but there are probably a lot of grammatical tense inaccuracies.)

ON TRANSLATING FIC Hello! While I am extremely flattered that some of you think my fic merits translation, I would like to politely decline this request, especially translations in Chinese and Korean.

Most fics are now, and will remain, member-locked. Some are due to graphic content; but mostly it's because I'm uncomfortable with the idea of these fics being exposed to the universe more than they already are (especially if another eyk-type issue arises. I simply do not have the time to lock-and-reopen all entries for the public anymore). And yes, I know it's pretty easy to access them anyway, but there's a surprising amount of people who won't bother (not the least because Frank the Goat is enough of a boner-killer if they're just looking for smut), so. Fics that are recced a lot will be mostly public, marked with ✫. Note that R-NC-17 fics, even if highly recced, may still be member-locked.

ON TRIGGER WARNINGS There are some fics where I have chosen not to use warnings.

notes this is an old fic. and by old, i mean i wrote this over a year ago (the second movie referenced here was just released in theatres) and it was the first thing i actually completed after 7 years of not writing for fun. i wrote and got this beta'd even before dark angels. i guess i never posted it because i feel like it lacks something--emotion? i'm posting it now because i read it through and it's not as bad as i remembered it. it could be a lot better though. oh and i miss minho.

A.N. So uhm. I was already playing with this idea, and writing a bit before the MV for Ring Ding Dong came out. Imagine my surprise when the concept for the MV included them in Dark Angel wings. No more photoshop work for visualizations for me then! :D
Then I started working on this seriously (not just writing bits at very, very rare random intervals) so I could add to my list of writing (since as you can see, all my Jongkey stuff are drabbles) for the Jongkey Fanfic Remix so the person who'd get me would have more choices and room to maneuver her remix fic. I had about 85% of the whole story (all three parts) done before the contest, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish it on time. And I didn't want to post something I haven't finished writing because I might never be able to finish/update it, and I hate it when that happens to something I'm reading.

But now, here it is. In its self-beta'd unglory. (Please do drop me a line if you're interested in beta-ing the rest of the chapters).

Also, I was reading Neil Gaiman's Sandman before and during the time I was writing this. This piece is obviously heavily influenced by it.
